InFlow Therapy operates on a private-pay basis, so we do not bill insurance directly. During your call, we’ll review your out-of-network benefits together, and you may be eligible for insurance reimbursement.

Yes — online therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions. Many of our body-based approaches can be adapted for virtual work, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort of your own space.
